At Fusion Housing, we provide a range of vital services designed to support individuals and families facing housing challenges and food insecurity. Whether you’re at risk of homelessness, need help securing accommodation, or require legal advice related to housing or food poverty and financial resilience, our teams are here to help.
This service provides expert advice on all housing matters, from early advice to representation in the County Courts in Huddersfield, Wakefield and Barnsley. We currently provide the Court Duty Service in the Barnsley Area.
We provide supported accommodation for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Kirklees, Calderdale and Wakefield. Our support focuses on removing barriers to independent living and finding suitable long-term housing options. Our accommodation is in both shared houses and self-contained properties for up to two years.
This serves the North Kirklees area only and is focussed on reducing food poverty through an emergency food bank and individual help to address issues that have a negative effect on household income.
