What we offer through our Supported Housing Service:
- A fully managed service
- Rent guaranteed 52 weeks of the year whether the property is let or empty
- Negotiable length of leases starting from 3 years
- They can be self-contained units or a HMO
- We take responsibility for Council Tax and Utilities throughout the term of the lease
- We ensure that the properties are returned in the same standard at the end of the lease, considering general wear and tear
- We take responsibility for any eviction procedures if required at the end of lease
- We don’t charge any management fees to landlords
As an exempt accommodation provider our tenants are eligible for Housing Benefit therefore the rental value we can guarantee will generally be below current market rent values.
