Our Supported Housing Scheme are for individuals are homeless or at risk of homelessness and require help to identify & reduce their barriers to living independently. This scheme is available for up to 2 years, with help to find suitable move on accommodation.
All our accommodation is fully furnished.
We provide regular 1-1 appointments with experienced Support Workers, courses on a range of independent living schemes and money management, help to access Welfare Benefits, Local Services/Organisations including Health Services.
Regular on-site Drop-in sessions where you can access help from our Team.
